Research On Network Public Opinion Dissemination And Coping Response Strategy Of Emergencies Based On Social Network Analysis

With the rapid development of network technology,the Internet application mode has undergone great changes.The traditional media is gradually declining,and the network media is gradually replacing the traditional media in the process of information dissemination."Three micro and clients " has led the vigorous development of new media,and the ecology of public opinion is changing with each passing day.Micro-blog and WeChat are leading the era of self-media,and all kinds of information resources are constantly interacting in the Internet space and colliding with new sparks.Under such circumstances,once the sudden events happen,the related news will spread quickly through the big network media,which is uncontrollable.The spread of Internet rumors will cause people's panic and dissatisfaction,which is a severe challenge to the relevant government departments.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the propagation and coping strategies of network public opinion in emergencies and help the society create a good public opinion ecological environment.Under the background of the theory of social network,the theory of group polarization and the theory of network communication,by using the methods of empirical research,case analysis and social network analysis,this paper takes Wei Zexi incident as an entry point to analyze the dissemination and coping strategy of network public opinion in China.Firstly,this paper explains the core concepts of network public opinion,the theory of social network,the theory of group polarization and the theory of network communication.Secondly,by analyzing the characteristics of Wei Zexi event in all stages of public opinion dissemination,this paper divided the public opinion dissemination of the event into the network public opinion brewing period,warming up and diffusion period,climax period and regression period,and make a specific discussion on each stage.In the Sina micro-blog platform using Octopus software and snowball technique to collect data as a sample of empirical research.By using the social network analysis software Ucinet to extract the captured data,this paper analyzes the overall structure,the location and centrality of the network and the location role of the network of public opinion propagation of Wei Zexi event,and identifies the key nodes.Finally,this paper proposes prevention and coping strategies of the government,the media and the public separately through the analysis of the features of emergencies network dissemination,in order to promote the positive spread of network public opinion and promote the benign development of the society.
