Research On The Government's Response To Network Public Opinion Of Public Emergencies In Wenzhou City

Based on drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research results,this thesis take Wenzhou emergency network public opinion government response as the main research object to discuss the practices and problems of the government in dealing with public opinion in public emergencies,and puts forward some suggestions through analyzing the causes.Firstly,in the introduction part,the background and significance of this study are introduced,and the domestic and foreign literature review is discussed,so as to determine the research ideas and methods,and the possible innovations and difficulties of the thesis are put forward.Secondly,it introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis of network public opinion of public emergencies,refers to scholars from all walks of life to define two core concepts of public emergencies and network public opinion,and draws lessons from information life cycle theory and public crisis management theory to further deepen the study of government response to network public opinion of emergencies.Then,it summarizes the government's response to the network public opinion in public emergency.By studying two typical cases of "4.19 Cangnan urban management beating people incident" and "7.13 Ruian Shrimp Injection Incident",this thesis introduces the main measures and effects of the government's response to public emergencies.Meanwhile it analyses the problems and reasons in the process of dealing with the public emergencies of network public opinion in Wenzhou.The main problems are failure to grasp the best opportunity for information release,imperfect crisis early warning platform,relatively single means of public opinion guidance,blocked channels for netizens to express public opinion,staff do not pay enough attention to the crisis of Internet public opinion,etc.The reasons of these problems are analyzed in detail from three levels: government crisis response mechanism level,government governance response measures level and actualgovernment response personnel level.Finally,on the basis of the previous analysis,the thesis puts forward the perfection and thinking of Wenzhou emergency network public opinion government,that is,to establish and improve the response mechanism,to scientifically formulate reasonable response measures,and cultivate and set up efficient response personnel.This thesis studies the response of the government to the network public opinion of unexpected incidents in Wenzhou,and puts forward suggestions for Wenzhou government on how to grasp the dynamics of the network public opinion of unexpected incidents,seize the opportunity and grasp the initiative.It also provides a reference for other grass-roots governments to establish the mechanism and specific strategies for dealing with the network public opinion of unexpected incidents.
