Land,which is the rich source of the agriculture,play an important role in the history.So the dynasties of China paid attention to land and made a series of land system.The Tang Dynasty is regarded as the boom time in Chinese feudal society,the rulers developed land system to allocate land to people.People’s dreams of owning land came true.Over time,however,with the circulation of land,the more field were concentrated in few people,which led to the collapsed of the equal-field system.The land system of the Tang Dynasty made great influence,in he later rulers,they took some similar land policy.The land reform of new China(from1950to1953) distributed land to farmer and land-contract operation in rural,which could found the reflection of equal-field system.The content of land system of Tang Dynasty and the reason that equal-filed system under the influence of land circulation are emphasis in this paper.Besides,we can draw lessons to guide the circulation of land in rural at present.There are three parts in this paper.The first part introduces the content of the land system of the Tang Dynasty, including land types and criterion of land-allocation that can grasp some basic comprehension of the system,In second part,through using contracts and the judgment of the Tang Dynasty to illustrate.land transaction, land land-lease,land-inheriting.The Tang Dynasty took negative attitude to land transaction,they allowed in special circumstances to some of the types of land to buy and sell.As to land-leasing,there were few limits if compared to land sales.The lease contracting parties regulated their behavior under the law and contracts.In land-inheriting respect,the law allowed passing inherited land and bestowing land.In fact,operating land could be inherited.And try to research the effect of the land circulation on the equal-field system.The third part introduces the later dynasties how to develop the core of equal-field system and established the land policy of "non land system".Combining the circulation of land in Chinese feudal society try to absorb the reasonable component reference to China’s current rural land system reform.
