| Space as one of the basic classification concepts of the anthropology, interconnected develop with a number of other basic cultural classification concepts in the cultural knowledge systems, showing the characteristics of each culture, to influence their members’different perceptions of the world, and embody the basic view of their own lives, status and significance in the cultural knowledge system. From the anthropological point of view, because of the different nature of cultural concept and social, the space concept often differences. As the Hakkas living environment, they have a keen feelings for their homeland. As the most "reality" of the gods, ancestors is a very strong psychological dependence to Hakkas, which is supporting their motivation. Therefore, by studying sacred space like the ancestral family temple, we can understand the psychological and behavioral characteristics of Hakka clan. It is not only to grasp the Hakka people’clan complex from multi-dimensional multi-level, but also to understand psychological tendencies of the Hakkas’the spiritual life.The main body of the paper is divided into five parts:the first chapter is introduction, the preamble describes the object and the significance of this paper, review the results, the theoretical paradigm and methodology on the anthropology space and sacred space study. The second part of the paper briefly introduce geographical and social background of survey points, showing the history and development changes of Liu’s family in Xialiantang village Wuxuan The third chapter focuses on the sacred space of General lodging house, and mainly about its first generation, development and changes. The fourth chapter provides an overview of the people’s beliefs and other folk beliefs in Xialiantang village.The fifth chapter, from the subject and attitude of people’s faith, to analyze the religious life in Xialiantang village.The main point of this paper is:beliefs and ancestor worship of the gods, the two together constitute the belief life of traditional Chinese people. People in the worship of the gods, often infiltrated by elements of the family. And at the completion of the secular behavior of the family people often joined gods’factors. In traditional Chinese society, the sacred space of humanistic sense contains ancestral halls worship. For the Xialiantang village, the ancestral spirits is dominated settlements.
