In the process of city spread, a country club surrounding the Hong Qiao District is in the transition zone. A new type of transitional area derived on the basis of system which is urban-country terrene architecture. It is the key areas of the rapid expansion of the city.It has serious impacted on the integration of country club. To solve this problem, we should firmly establish scientific outlook on development thought, strengthen regional coordination and management, in order to promote the combination of urban and rural sustained, orderly, healthy development area.In this article, using the Fan Shuanghuan region as an example, writer analyzes a combination of urban and rural residential expansion to strengthen regional cooperation and how to strengthen the collaboration problem. The writer thinks that we should make effort to mobilize the government and regional government’s positive. We should pay attention to impact of planning guidance.
