| With the continuous economic and social changes,and the influence of the development of our country city radiation,increase the construction of the city,many rural people gradually into the city,the number of migrant population in the whole city skyrocketed.Because of the combination of urban and rural residential low cost become more and more foreign population living mostly chose to place,the area is in the city and rural community in the region of the handover,the masses are mostly local residents and foreign floating population.With the continuous increase and expansion of the urban and rural communities in developed areas,the problem of unstable and unsafe community management has become increasingly prominent,and has been widely concerned by society.This article focuses on the current management mode of community related research and discussion,and according to the city and countryside cooperation makes a systematic research on the management mode of the whole environment and background,and the need to comply with the rules in the operation process of concrete are briefly analyzed.At the same time,we also learn some advanced management models at home and abroad,through the experience and lessons learned to help solve the management problems.In this paper,the author selects community of Xibei town as the research object,and makes a comparison of the existing two management modes of community in Xibei town,and summarizes the more practical community management model.The main content of this paper is the combination of urban and rural community management problems in the process,and hope that through the theoretical research to find a more suitable pattern of community development,provide a reference for the governance of community prevention,and improve the community residents for the community's ability to communicate the subjective consciousness and behavior,so as to ensure the stable and orderly development of the whole community. |
