Max Weber (1864-1920)was a politician, who has a highly significant influence. He devoted all his whole life in caring about political affairs and events. Because of the highly influence about his political legitimacy, bureaucracy, politicians and so on, Max Weber was regarded as one of the most outstanding typical representatives in the world of Western political sphere.Politicians as the country’s political life at the helm, the significance of its existence and role play is self-evident. Therefore, researching and analysis about the idea of politicians is enduring in academic. In all studies, the researchers who were the most representative were Plato, Machiavelli, John Rowls and Max Weber. In contrast, the study comes from Max Weber was the best. Based on this, researching on the theory of Max Weber’s politician is very important theoretical significance and realistic reference for China.This article has four parts:Part1, Introduce Max Weber’s life and background of his ideas of politicians, by focusing on the trajectory of his life and the impact on his study to expand the discussion. Part2, discuss the concept of Max Weber’s politicians theory, from the definition of country and political implications, politicians and their types, qualities and ethical guidelines should abide by the politicians and other aspects. Part3, analysis and value Max Weber’s politicians theory, pointing out where are the valuable points and the limitations of his thought. Part4, Through a series of studies Weber’s politicians philosophy, combined with China’s current political status to analysis its implications for culturing Chinese contemporary politicians.
