The Role Of Network Public Opinion In Public Emergency Management

Compared with the traditional media, the audience and the subject of publicopinion of network public opinion more decentralized, forming a faster, more richerntent, can more directly reflect the social public opinion. But there is a serious shortageof network public opinion is uneven, some good and some bad, the spread of falseinformation. In certain circumstances, in real life, a local, or even a person’s problemsand contradictions, will lead to much discussion on the network, and even caused bygroup events in reality, directly affect people’s real life. Propagation of extremeemotional and false political opinion, may harm the national security and social stability.Therefore, in recent years, the network of public opinion on the realistic society hasbeen and will produce what kind of impact, how to realize the effective network publicopinion guidance received widespread concern. This paper collects some informationrelated to sudden public events from the network, and then in the external appearanceand characteristics of community network information behavior in public events on theanalysis of mechanism, internal operation on the network group information behavior inpublic emergencies, to explore the network group information behavior of suddenpublic events in the produce, process and evolution, dynamic model to construct thenetwork group information behavior in public emergencies, influence factors andvariable summary behavior, analysis of the different effects of different factors on thenetwork group information behavior, and finally puts forward some countermeasuresand the network group information government in public emergency guidance.
