Accordingly, the paper focuses on environmental criminal law concept of executive power, the status of implementation, problems, solution, etc., to carry out the system, in-depth research.This paper defines the concept of environmental criminal law execution, and that environmental criminal law execution is the environmental protection administration departments, public security, procuratorate, the people’s courts and other departments, in order to achieve the prevention and punishment of environmental crime, protect the environment of Criminal law, use related costs, resources, through environment criminal law, criminal litigation procedure, and related mechanism to promote the environmental criminal cases to run fast, efficient, tough, and get a balanced system of impartial execution of criminal penalties, and law enforcement capacity. Environmental Criminal execution has contains the subject, the purpose of the implementation, the cost of implementation, enforcement mechanisms, and implementation of the results, etc., through the interaction of these components, the implementation of environmental criminal law power was able to produce.With the constant improvement and strengthening of environmental legislation on the implementation of the criminal law, the execution of environmental criminal law in recent years gradually been enhanced, made to combat and good at punish environmental crimes. However, due to loopholes in environmental criminal legislation, judicial mechanisms run, the executive body quality, social and environmental factors, the execution of environmental criminal law are still not being effectively implemented which contains the implementation difficulties, poor implementation, execution is ineffective and other issues. To crack down and punish environmental crimes, maximize the value of environmental criminal law, promote our country’s rules of law, to build a beautiful country and to solve the environmental problems, to improve our execution environment has become more urgent. In this regard, we need to take a variety of measures. Specifically, we need to compensate by taking environmental criminal legislation loopholes, improve environmental criminal justice mechanisms, to further strengthen environmental criminal enforcement efforts, and improve environmental administrative law enforcement and criminal justice mechanisms, to improve the quality of the implementation of the subject itself, improve environmental police systematic construction, create a good environmental implementation.
