Research Of Political Justice On The Base Of The Transitional Society In Contemporary China

The party and people learned a lesson from experience of the thirty years sincethe foundation of the new country, then they made a determination to initiatereformation and openness to the outside world, which activated the socialtransformation of contemporary China. The social transformation of contemporaryChina have not only the general feather of transitional society, but also particularity ofitself. Many problems such as corruption of power, Social polarization, the absence ofprotection on disadvantaged groups, come into being due to this reason.This paper discuss the theory of justice at first, by clarifying the conception ofjustice and political justice. Then, the author point out that the reason of lacking ofjustice is the faultiness of the system, including the political system, the economicsystem and the legal system and so on, On this bases, we move forward to make adetailed inquiry on the administer of political justice, including the necessity, generalconditions basic principle, and concrete measure. The article indicate that theadminister of political justice is the precondition to push the transitional society moveforward peacefully and stably, and also the foundation to construct a harmonioussociety. On one side, we should try to fulfill the condition of achieving politicaljustice, including erect reasonable political justice idea, build the security system andthe rectification system of political justice, on the other side, We should stick to thejustice idea of Marxism, and follow the basic principle of political justice, includingright priority, opportunity equality, and reasonable compensation.We are socialism country being in the junior stage. So, the administer of politicaljustice should base on the condition of our country. We should realize justice by aroad suitable for the junior stage. We should improve people’s livelihood vigorously,impel the consummating of socialism system energetically and propel the constructionof civil society powerfully.
