Signed in1968,"NPT" is the cornerstone of today’s international community toprevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons in circulation, Under the constraints ofthe treaty-based international non-proliferation system, the international community isworking hard for the early realization of the peaceful use of nuclear energy, nuclearnon-proliferation, nuclear disarmament and to achieve an early efforts. However, as acornerstone of the existing international non-proliferation regime, the NPT is facingmultiple crises in recent years. Crisis stems from the conflicting interests of the partiesto the concerns and objectives of the treaty egoism style interpretation and use of thetreaty’s own limitations and vulnerabilities, as well as the government and people ofmany countries on nuclear weapons yet understanding and moral evaluationconsensus.In order to break this awkward situation facing the treaty,make sure theinternational non-proliferation regime is functioning perfectly healthy, we useliterature research, case studies, survey research, lessons learned and other methods,combining history and reality, proposed improvements the current program of nuclearnon-proliferation system. |
