As the information technology has been promoted and applied constantly, internet media, such as online forum, BBS, blog, and micro-blog etc., have become the most important way to transmit information.Internet media could rapidly and mutually transmit to the public, so it has a big power to influence the other person.Especially in the current context, internet incidents have been increased day by day.In this context, the public security organ has the responsibility and duty to supervise the internet opinion, and to avoid the negative effect brought to society.The thesis, taking the public security on internet feelings as a view, analyzes the general problem of internet feelings and the present situation of public security on it.The thesis is divided to three parts:Introduction, text, and Conclusion.The text consists of three chapters.Chapter1analyzes the general problem of online consensus in public security.It consist of the theoretical concept, the transmit method, the formation of online consensus and so on.Online consensus could rapidly influence people’s behavior and thought.It could protect people’s right in the good function, but it also has the bad effect, so the public security is doomed to take the function to control internet feelings.Chapter2researches the supervision management of public security on internet feelings.The public security organ enhance the communication with people and lead the internet feelings, which have the positive meanings.In present, the supervision management of public security on internet feelings has become very important. But this supervision management also has its defects, these defects consists of the method of online consensus in public security, the conflict of the lack of legislation, control mistake and the power abuse and so on.Chapter3provides some advices to improve the supervision management of public security organ on internet feelings.These advices include changing the ideas on supervision management, improving the law systems and so on.
