Research On The Disposal Of Internet Public Opinion Involving Police

With the rapid development of information technology,the network has become an important way for the masses to reflect their demands,express their opinions and seek common ground with its fast,extended,interactive and instant attributes.The masses spread a large number of public events on the Internet rapidly,causing social concern in the form of labeling,so as to achieve the purpose of expanding the influence.The government departments are facing a series of challenges to deal with the crisis of network public opinion.Internet public opinion crisis belongs to public crisis,which has the characteristics of wide participation range of netizens,freedom of expression of netizens,sudden strong,social influence and difficult to control.The public security organs are always under the "microscope" and "Spotlight" of the media all the time.The negative public opinion related to the police has become one of the most concerned events in the society.If the public opinion involving the police is not handled properly at the beginning,it will cause the second fermentation of public opinion crisis,which will lead the public security organ to fall into a passive situation in response to the public opinion involving the police,which will have a serious destructive impact on the social credibility and law enforcement authority of the public security organ,and will easily become the "force point" of public negative emotions.Under the influence of novel coronavirus pneumonia,how to firmly grasp the initiative of public opinion guidance and improve the ability to deal with and resolve public opinions about police network is of great significance for maintaining the law enforcement authority of public security organs and the good image of the people's police.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation of police related network public opinion,taking the case comparison of response to network public opinion during the epidemic period as the starting point,this paper puts forward suggestions on the prevention and treatment of network public opinion involving police.The structure of the article is composed of six parts: the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the overview of the related concepts and theories of the police related network public opinion;the third chapter is the current situation analysis of the police network public opinion disposal;the fourth chapter is the case analysis of the police network public opinion disposal during the epidemic period;the fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the police network public opinion disposal;the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.There are many problems in the response of public security organs to the network public opinion involving police.Some of them do not respond in time and delay the best time to deal with it,resulting in an irreversible situation;some respond excessively,and the content of response is not rigorous enough,and even lead to illegal infringement.These problems in response to the police network public opinion continue to repeat,seriously damaging the government's image and credibility.In view of these problems,this paper summarizes the coping strategies of public security organs in the face of police related public opinions from seven aspects: strengthening monitoring and early warning,mastering guidance skills,paying attention to the reconstruction of reputation after the event,establishing multi-party cooperation mechanism,striving for the right of active discourse,establishing public opinion service awareness,and improving the Internet supervision and management system.
