Justice Is An Inherent Requirement Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Fairness and justice, the theory has always been researched by scholars fromvarious countries, at the same time; it’s also the target of each country. China, as asocialist country, we had placed the fairness and justice in particularly importantposition. The18th CPC National Congress in2012reported that "we must adhere tosafeguard social fairness and justice. Justice is an inherent requirement of socialismwith Chinese characteristics. On the basis of national efforts, economic and socialdevelopment, intensify the construction of the system that has a major role ofprotection of social justice, and gradually establish a social security system withpower fairness, equal opportunities, fair rules as the main content, try our best tocreate a fair social environment, ensure the people’s equal participation, equaldevelopment rights.” This directly reflects our party pays much attention to fairnessand justice.This paper mainly has three parts to discuss "fairness and justice is an inherentrequirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics." The first part focuses on therelationship between justice and socialism, through analysis the justice after thefounding of New China, analysis the status of justice in the socialism with Chinesecharacteristics, to demonstrate the relationship between justice and socialism. Thesecond part analysis the lack of fairness and justice with examples and try to find outreasons. The last part is to find a solution. The full text is actually a process of askquestions, analysis the problem, solve the problem.Justice is everyone’s expectations; I want to try my best to contribute my force toachieve a hint of fairness and justice.
