Combating corruption and promoting integrity constitutes a life-or-deathstruggle for the Party and the nation. Corruption,in essence,is to abuse the power forpersonal gains,which is a malignant tumor for the society, a lethal risk in affectingeconomic and social development as well as undermining national lasting peace andsecurity.
