Research On Innovation Of Combating Corruption And Promoting Integrity Of Party And Government Officials In Local Communities In China

Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointedthat: Community-level Party organizations is the party’s fight fortresst that uniting andleading the masses to carry out the party’s theory and policy.It is crucial to the stability ofpolitical power．Party and Government Officials in Local Communities are the managers ofaffairs of the Party and country．Corruption of Party and Government Officials in LocalCommunities is a kind of corruption that like centrifugal force, which directly influences thepeople and the relationship of Party members and the people, the relationship of governmentofficials and the people, broken the masses foundation of the Party and government directly,impact upon the people’s trust in the Party and the implement the Party’s principles andpolicies and in carrying out its tasks. Therefore, It has a profound and far reachingsignificance for innovation of combating corruption and promoting integrity of party andgovernment officials in local communities in China． Innovation of combating corruption andpromoting integrity of party and government officials in local communities in China iseffective on improving the entire political system innovation in China, political stability,standardization and mechanism of construction of combating corruption and promotingintegrity, which provide mechanism to guarantee for the development of our society, andpromote innovation of Party and government lower management, and progress inManagement.
