| In recent years, china’s non-profit organizations develop rapidly, the group numbersignificantly increased. But limited to the subjective and objective environment, NPO also hasmany problems. For many researchers, the credibility crisis of china’s non-profit organizationsmaybe is the most serious problem that NPO must facing. To promote non-profitorganization’s credibility is the surest way to develop non-profit organization and also to solveproblems.This article selects nonprofit social capital perspective to analyzes the reason about theorganizational credibility crisis, and to a certain extent, also enrich the study of non-profitorganization. This study is based on modern management theory, the theory of civil and thesocial capital theory. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part is a introduction toreview non-profit organization credibility research; the second part defining some concepts ofnon-profit organization credibility; the third part is to determine The characteristics of thenonprofit social capital; and the fourth part wants to exploer the reason why did non-profitorganizations credibility decline.
