| Right is a everlasting heated problem for human-beings. Marx has presented his scientific opinion for right at the basis of analyzing the right theory of the former thinkers, especially the bourgeois right and thought of Hegel. Although Marx hadn’t expound it, the right thought went through his philosophy of law. To properly understand the essence of the Philosophy of Law, to combine it with the practice of our socialism would become a significant aim of the building of socialism for our country right now.By dating back to right thought’s history, using the way of conclusion, comparison, literature analysis, fact analysis and value analysis, this paper would try to expound the right thought of those famous thinkers before Marx, and thus make a good preparation for the demonstration of the firm establishment his right thought. Meanwhile, this paper also systematically demonstrates the content of Marx’s right thought and its essence which is taking the inheritance and development of Marx’s right and thought as a opening to guide the right way for China’s right development.Part I:The reason for choosing this topic will be discussed in part one, preface. Although Marx has not made systematic demonstration of right, he did made deep elaboration of the essence and social status of right, and the relation between material and production.partIV:In part4, an analysis of right generalization of our country, and the current situation of the concern and relief to the disadvantage group would be carried out as a further analysis of the cause of this serial of situation, and therefore make bedding for the application of Marx right thought.partV:The fifth part, through analyzing the current situation of rights in our country, such as generalization, the attention of vulnerable groups and rights relief, etc., to further analyze the cause of this a series of conditions, for paving the way for the actual effect of Marx right thinking.
