Development is a global problem and also is a rarely seen problem that contemporary China is dealing with. It is because of the separation of development and culture that cause the trouble of human development and led to the development of contemporary China.The development and culture from division to integration is the world especially the inevitable choice of contemporary China.Based on this, the research problem of the thesis is the separation of contemporary China’s development and culture, and in order to explore the importance, urgency and the theoretical basis of which contemporary China’s development and culture are integrated. And combined with the actual situation of the development of contemporary China, to explore the specific path of development and cultural integration in order to achieve sustainable development in contemporary China, and ultimately realize the China Dream.There are four parts in this thesis,including the first part is the introduction, the second part is the necessity and importance of cultural fusion in contemporary China,the third part is the theory basis of development and the integration of culture in contemporary China,and the fourth part is the contemporary China’s practical approaches of development and culture.The introduction mainly describes the background of the topic,defining the related concepts,the research about the topics’status at home and abroad,the significance of the research,the content of the study and the research methods,the possible innovations and so on.The second part of the thesis mainly elaborate the necessity and importance of the development and culture are integrated in our contemporary China.In our opinion,the development integration with the culture is not only the need of the world to crack the problem but also crack of development problems in contemporary China’s need. In today’s world, the development and the integration of culture is more and more become a kind of inevitable choice.We believe that the culture is the decision factor of influence in the harmonious development,and it is the important force to establish the ecological harmony,and also the endogenous power to promote the social harmony. In these reasons,the development integrated with the culture seems an inevitable choice and trend of contemporary China.The third chapter of the thesis expounds the theory basis of development and cultural integration. This text is based on the Marxism cultural theory about the function, role of culture in the development and Marxism developmental theory, especially the concept of scientific development which tells us that development must be a cultural and valuable theory as the theoretical guidance.
