Farmers' Professional Cooperatives Participate In The Study Of Rural Governance

Under the leadership of the party,China's rural economic and social development has made remarkable achievements in recent years,but the problem of social governance in rural areas is still very prominent,so "effective governance" has become one of the general requirements for the implementation of rural rejuvenation strategy.Although farmers' professional cooperatives are an economic self-organization in rural communities,they actively participate in rural areas for the sake of their own interests and for the purpose of safeguarding and expressing the interests of “members” while effectively uniting farmers for agricultural production.The governance of various issues has led to the coordinated development of rural economic,political,cultural and social development.With the continuous expansion of the scale of development,farmers' specialized cooperatives in various places have become one of the important subjects for accelerating the process of modernizing the rural governance system and governance capacity.Therefore,exploring the logic and impact of farmer professional cooperatives participating in rural governance and seeking ways to improve the access of farmers' specialized cooperatives to rural governance are not only a response to the practical need for “effective governance” in the rural revitalization strategy,but also an enrichment of rural governance and farmers' professional cooperatives.Theoretical research needs in the field.This article takes the farmer professional cooperatives in Qiao Village,Zhanglou Town,Heze City as an observation sample,describes the three stages of the development experience of Qiaozhuang Farmers' Professional Cooperatives based on the field investigation,and discusses the motivation and content of Qiaozhuang Farmers' Professional Cooperatives' participation in rural governance.,Explaining ways to explore the effectiveness of cooperative participation in rural governance.Then,to explore the factors that affect the participation of farmers' professional cooperatives in rural governance,mainly from three aspects: weak participation of members in public affairs,problems in farmers' professional cooperatives,and insufficient external resources for rural cooperatives to participate in rural governance.On the basis of summarizing,on the basis of how to promote the participation of peasants' professional cooperatives in rural governance,the three suggestions for strengthening the construction of farmers' professional cooperatives themselves,the government's promotion of participation of cooperatives in rural governance,and the promotion of the participation of all parties inrural governance in order to achieve modernization in rural governance In the process,we should give better play to the proper role of farmer professional cooperatives.
