This pattern of changing, giving the opportunities to the broad masses of people fully express views, and making the price that government’s decision-making more fair, more justice and more opening. Its original purpose is to improve the government price decision-making more scientific and transparent, thereby promoting the government price decision-making democratization and standardization, in addition to its status, to promote the people in the political life of the state to enhance the credibility of the government plays an important role in promoting. But in fact, there are a lot of price hearing people disappointed, the hearing also become a "show"The ways of writing this paper is based in the basic principle of the price hearing system, and analysis of a large number of cases, and summarizes of the present situation and insufficiency of the price hearing system of our country, and then put forward countermeasures to improve the price hearing system. The first part is the introduction, introducing the research background, significance, main contents and research methods; the second part is an overview of the price hearing system, starting from the basic theory of hearing system, in-depth study of the connotation, the price hearing system of our country and the legal basis and value; the third part is the practice of America and the enlightenment, this part analyzes the successful experience of American; the fourth part is present situation of the price hearing and the problems existing at the present stage in China, including the selection of problems, the hearing on behalf of the hearing record mandatory problem, the lack of relief means and so on; the fifth part is the research on the countermeasures to improve the price hearing system in our country, presented my views and suggestions on the price hearing system.With the exposure of various price hearing system’s problems, the gap between expectations and actual effect making the enthusiasm of the public are reduced, the price hearing attention also greatly reduced, or even think the price hearing is a kind of form, does not have a real role. So people are unwilling to participate in the hearing, what is more serious is that some people will be a "dumb" or "confused".
