Study On Construction And Management Of The Green Public Rental Housing Community

With the continuous progress of society and rapid development of economy, the construction amount of Chinese affordable housing is increasing continuously. Meanwhile, human demand for resources is increasing.As an assemble place for human residences, the construction and management of community directly affects social and natural environment. The China’s12th plan outline is focusing on the public rental housing, to make it become the main body of the new36million affordable housing step by step, the12th plan also put forward the important concepts of green green development. This paper bonds the two thoughts together, hope to base on the platform of public rental housing community, and according to the characteristics and needs of the household, build corresponding green facilities and green culture,by innovative management make the public rental housing become a sustainable green community.At first, this article research the relevant background and discusse the study method, and by collecting articles, policies and current development situation inland and overseas, researching both rent community and green community, at the same time, define the basic concept of the difference between the green public housing community and traditional community, then studing the present problems of the public housing community, explain the essential idea. Based on this, this paper research the construction of green public rental housing community from the aspects of buiilding environment, energy conservation and cultural construction, and refine every aspect by study hardware and software facilities of green public rental housing respectively. Then research different public rental housing community management mode inland and overseas, and according to the characteristics of the green public housing community, base on the core of public housing community management center, and government-led, community residents and other institution participate method, this paper design the public housing community management model.At last, this paper creat the index system of green public rental housing community, use the fuzzy synthesize evaluation method to study the estimate method of green public rental housing community.
