The Research On The Developments Of Green Community On The Basis Of "Community Construction"

Community is the place where ordinary people live and develop themselves, with the progress of the community, the importance of community is growing up. As we all know, community construction is a popular topic in nowadays research and discussion, how to develop the green community facing new challenges is necessary to be researched. The goal of community construction is not to create a community itself, but to serve the peole in the community. The further goals of community construction are to excavate and cultivate the residents’potentials by cooperations. The advanced concept of community construction is closely linked with the goal of green community. How to make the socialist modernization process speed up under the waves of community construction, and how to build a green society filled with harmonious, recycled, environmental, and civilized community is the theme of this paper.On the whole, the environmental managements of the mainland in China has not been performed comprehensively. For example, the progress of green community is generally still at its early stage, many community environment protection are only a top-down policy implementation, with no community members involved. The innovation of this paper is that the author pays attention to the importance of social work organization, which is the core in promoting the development of green community. This paper aims to take advantage of the social work intervention to promote the progress of green community construction under the background of community construction. The author actively learns from the community construction in Taiwan to cultivate residents’ environmental awareness, and uses the internal and external resources in the community to create a green community.In this article, the author firstly introduces the background, purpose, significance and theoretical basis of this research, and then explains the relationships between green community and community construction. In addition, the author analyzes the case of "Green Community" of HQ community in Hefei, and summarizes the disadvantages of the development of "green community" in this community, and breakthroughes of the subsequent social work involved in the stage.Secondly, the author explains the intervention of the social work in "Green Community" in HQ community, and draws lessons from the successful experience of the community construction of Taomi village in Taiwan, and puts attention to the role of intervention and makes a plan.Furthermore, the author carries on collecting and organizing information of HQ community, and gets the information of the environmental protection consciousness of local residents by means of issuing questionnaires, and puts forward the measures which social work get to do through the objective datas from the questionnaires.Finally, the author analyzes the effects of the measures, that the social workers involved in the HQ community’s "Green Communities" development, and then puts forward the disadvantages of the measures. In addition, in this paper, the author evaluates the effects of the social work intervention, and comes up with the improved measures and plans based on these.In the end, the author looks forward to the reforms and developments of the community work after the real intervention of social work.
