Research On Migrant Workers In Chinese Sociolo-Gv Master And Doctoral Dissertations (2003-2012)

Sociology as an applied social science, focusing on current social reality and social problems, Master Ph.D. thesis research as a discipline important part, it can directly re-flect the level of a comprehensive study of a research discipline. This article is based on the2003-2012Master sociology doctoral thesis, dissertation topic to migrant workers for the study, in-depth analysis of the research status and present their characteristics and lack of research on migrant workers on this basis.In this paper, using content analysis, using three encoding techniques, for using three coding techniques, for243migrant workers to the theme of sociology master dis-sertation in-depth analysis, research studies have found that migrant workers content showing a "flow process","integration and identity","adaptation" and other categories. In the process of concept coding and analysis, it was found that the core of the word has been flowing throughout the course of the study, farmers in the modernization process of China is a one-way flow, is a constant state of flux, existing in our urban and rural under the household registration system, migrant workers in the modermization process is difficult to achieve real residents.In this paper, for decades the overall sociology doctoral thesis master carding, we found that sociology master dissertation presents the following features:1, master soci-ology doctoral thesis has been noted on behalf of migrant workers within the differen-tiation and segmentation study for the first generation of migrant workers, the new gen-eration of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers, and to analyze the differences between the two study groups broken down;2, master sociology docroral thesis is more focused on using various social survey methods,243papers have240papers using questionnaires to be investigated;3,243master sociology doctoral thesis from the micro, meso and masco levels of migrant workers and other issues research and analysis, reflects the problem of consciousness and sociology of hunan care.Farmers working for a multi-disciplinary fous phenomenon, sociology studies on this aspect, there have been some shortcomings:1. the lack of cross-regional compara-tive study on the subject of the investigation, the lack of comparative studies longitu-dinal generation of migrant workers;2, more research methods susceptible to objective factors, and multi-utility methods for describing the phenomenon of study, it is difficult to explore the issue of migrant workers in the underlying causes;3, more description of the current status of migrant workers, failed to use a theoretical model for objective analysis;4, less attention and political rights of migrant workers, unable to put forward specific countermeasures.
