At the same time, combining with the characteristic of the migrant workers and the content of vote rights, analyzing the right to vote as a fundamental right citizen is the highest form of human rights. Our country already has more than 260 million migrant workers, who occupy a large proportion of population in the country political life, can’t be limited their vote rights because of the low level education and strong liquidity. Meanwhile, introduce the present situation of exercising the vote rights, tell the low proportion of migrant-worker representatives and proof their legal vote rights are infringed.The third chapter analyzes the subjective and objective dilemma of urban farmers exercise the rights to vote,explains why the huge community can’t fit into the local election because of lagging household registration management system in our country and the narrow path to the election isn’t going to be widened, and ignores the importance of vote consciousness, which clarifies the reason why they can’t achieve the vote rights.The fourth chapter broadens the ideas of urban migrant workers right way in our country. This paper in order to reform the household registration system in the residence shall enjoy the equal right of residents, also gives the city migrant workers free rights of the local election to make it into the political life, and makes sure that their vote rights should be unified specification and promotes the urban migrant workers exercise their own candidacy where they live.At the same time, strengthen migrant workers’corresponding cultural infrastructure, ask for increasing the related non-profit facilities construction by government and finally strengthen the consciousness of migrant workers’participation. In order to establish the platform of migrant workers participating in the local politics from the equal perspective, improve their political status, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
