Information communication of Crisis Management include the government’s internal Communication, the same level (line) communication and downward communication, also include the government’s communication with the outside of, the paper is to study information communication with external. The paper studies the external information communication between government, media and the public.Through studying domestic and international’s data on crisis information communication and the theory of more-center management and surveying visits, combined with documents and data, from the perspective of government-media-public participate in crisis information communication, summarized the achievements including public’s and high attention to the crisis information and the importance of official information. It is undeniable that the crisis information communication are still a lot of problems:opaque government information, weak sense of communication, single channel of communication; lack of supervision and communication in the role of media; public unknown on information disclosure regulations and weak sense of participation and so on. The causes mainly have the following areas:traditional ideological influence and existing government performance evaluation methods, weakening the role of the media, the public’s low the ability to identify. In order to improve crisis information communication’abilities and promote crisis management, it is important to do the following:smooth road crisis management system; establish a mode crisis information communication of government-media-public; establish clear information supply chain crisis, establish a evaluation system of crisis information communication.
