The Government Crisis Information Management Research Based On The Life Cycle

Crisis information management is throughout the crisis incubation period, crisis emergence period and crisis elimination period, it is the core of crisis management. Collecting, processing, saving, delivering and shareing crisis information in time, that can promise governments make accurate decision in time, can raise government crisis management ability and can lower the damage degree of crisis affairs.Therefore, strengthening the crisis information management is very necessary.
