Crisis information management is throughout the crisis incubation period, crisis emergence period and crisis elimination period, it is the core of crisis management. Collecting, processing, saving, delivering and shareing crisis information in time, that can promise governments make accurate decision in time, can raise government crisis management ability and can lower the damage degree of crisis affairs.Therefore, strengthening the crisis information management is very necessary. The textual crisis life cycle divides into two layers:Life process layer and management stage layer, according to Chinese people's university professor Wang Ke Ping.Among them, the life process layer includes three phases:incubation period, crisis emergence period and crisis elimination period, management stage layer includes early warning and precontrol stage of incubation period, reactions and dealing with in occurring stage assessment and recovery stage in elimination stage.This text is totally divided into five parts, the first part is an introduction, mainly writes the background meaning of choosing, domestic and international research overview, innovation and research method. The second part is the outline of crisis information management, respectively introducing public crisis, crisis information, the crisis life cycle and government crisis information management, the third, fourth, fifth parts espective from the crisis the incubation period, occurring stage and eliminatation all phases to explore how to conduct effectivly crisis information management, and how to improve the government crisis management ability. The sixth part puts forward some Suggestions of perfecting crisis information management to improve the crisis management ability based on analyzing of this text.
