Research On Government Crisis Public Relations Ability Based On Public Information Needs

There are always the loss of natural resources and environment with the rapid development of society.The pollution of water resources is the typical embodiment of the side effect of the society's rapid development.In recent years,the public water pollution crisis has occurred frequently in our country,which has caused the public water pollution crisis to make the social unrest,has brought many negative influence to the people's life.By the end of 2005,there are two cases of environmental pollution in China every day,in which water pollution incidents accounted for 60%of environmental pollution incidents.Water pollution incident has destroyed the harmony between man and nature,causing serious economic losses,and has brought serious impact and threat to public health and social security.April 2014 occurred in Lanzhou water benzene exceeded event is a typical case of the recent occurrence,triggering the whole society for urban water safety concerns and considerations.Compared with other resources,water resources and public life is particularly close,water crisis is easy to lead to social security issues.In the public water pollution crisis,the public's demand for all kinds of crisis information is particularly urgent.If the government's public relations in crisis is not in place,it is easy to change the water pollution crisis into a social crisis.For this purpose,this paper is specifically aimed at the Lanzhou tap benzene exceeded event,the use of empirical research pointed out that in the public water pollution crisis,the public information needs of three types of basic,expected and excited demand.In particular,the Lanzhou local government in the water pollution crisis in the crisis of public relations crisis,in particular,summed up the public information needs of the government crisis communication management capabilities to enhance the Countermeasures:1,Building the concept about caring the public information need.2,Communicating crisis information to satisfy the public information need.3,Building the system to to satisfy the public information need..
