Isuggest that further improve members in investment, retirement and other aspects ofsocial laws and regulations, establish minimum capital regime, while the land contractand management rights can be by way of a non-monetary contribution, the contributionof other non-monetary property assessment should be professional evaluation agencyto handle.In terms of earnings, I recommended the establishment of flexiblemechanisms earnings multiple distribution models.
