Attention to the ideological and political work has always been the party’s fine tradition,to occupy a dominant position in the socialist economic system of state-owned enterprise isthe pillar of the national economy, the ideological and political work is the economic workand all other work "lifeline", its effective can provide a powerful spiritual motivation andpolitical guarantee for the healthy and stable development of state-owned enterprises. In thispaper, prudent consideration of great changes in the environment for survival anddevelopment of state-owned enterprises under the background of global economic integrationand the rapid development of market economy, based on the information age, multipleanalysis of transformation of state-owned enterprise workers thought and behavior, putforward the new problem, ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises of the newsituation and new contradiction.Starting from the unique perspective of organizational communication, focuses on theanalysis of the content of Ideological and political work in the process of communicationsubject, object, content, channels and effects, and puts forward the basic dimensions ofevaluation of Ideological and political work.Through the investigation on the current ideological and political work in state-ownedenterprises, to find out the current questions and the reasons; the full analysis oforganizational communication in Ideological and political work of state-owned enterprisesfrom the perspective of organizational communication, the major ideological and politicalwork of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of and principles.
