By using comparative study、 value analysis、legal history、legal sociology andlegal philosophy perspectives this dissertation discussed the special issue of theindividual bankruptcy law system. Meanwhile，this dissertation analyzed aboutestablishing the individual bankruptcy law system in China. The content of thisdissertation will be divided into four part，except the preface and conclusion：Chapter1: Summary of bankruptcy system. This chapter of the bankruptcysystem, makes a brief review on the generation and development history of theworld’s major developed countries have been introduced the evolution process ofbankruptcy system. Into this topic in the second quarter, expounds the concept andconnotation of the individual bankruptcy law system, and the general constitutiverequirements of the individual bankruptcy law system.Chapter2: The concept of the individual bankruptcy law system.
