Abstract:Since reform and opening, with the Chinese mainland continues to expand openness and sustained economic development, the functional role of frontier inspection department gradually from the border control extends to administrative services. Representatively, the frontier station of Beijing, Shanghai and other7cities were changed from armed police frontier inspection station to the professional police department that has taken the first step in service in1997and1998. In recent years, with growing number of immigration the target of these people wish the border control authorities supply high-quality, high-volume, high efficiency service.so the Chinese frontier inspection department to carry out a change in the fundamental concept of the " revolution of service " in2007.Constantly,Shunde frontier inspection innovative service initiatives and solid service concept by creating the model frontier inspection and the people-loving solid-border model harbor. In this thesis, starting from the theories of customer satisfaction, carry out an investigation on the satisfaction of Shunde port passenger which is the represents of level of Shunde frontier inspection.firstly, try to build satisfaction evaluation system of Shunde frontier inspection passenger; Secondly, analysis current service status of Shunde frontier inspection, through visits and investigate the service object; Thirdly, analysis the factors that affect the work of frontier department and the corresponding comments and suggestions. In the questionnaire session, according to the requirements of the sampling period for330clients to carry out surveys, while Shunde frontier inspection to improve service levels to carry out activities of an evaluation of the effects of future traffic encountered forecast for demographic characteristics a brief statistical analysis, from the perspective of the service object segmentation statistical analysis. Through vertical and horizontal comparison, in conjunction with local and characteristics of the frontier inspection, draw a conclusion and give the comments and suggestions.
