Study On Social Network Capital Of The Grass-roots Officals Of Guangxi Nationality Autonomous County

From the point of theresearch object, studies of ethnic minority cadres at the grass-roots levelgroup research achievements of social network capital is less; From thepoint of social network capital mobilization process, the existing researchresults of social network capital less political rewards. This study used2012, Gang Xi内卷化autonomous region party committee organizationdepartment and organize the implementation of Gang Xi university fornationalities in Gang Xi ethnic autonomous grassroots cadre educationtraining questionnaire survey data, describes the current nationalityautonomous county of Gang Xi cadres at the grass-roots level the basicfeatures of social network, discusses grassroots cadres socio-demographiccharacteristics, factors such as human capital, system capital influence onsocial network capital gain, and analyses the influence of social networkcapital of Gang Xi ethnic autonomous county cadres at the grass-rootslevel the concrete administrative level promotion. Study found:1. Theminority areas of grassroots cadres social network has the followingcharacteristics: farmers groups constitute a social network, knowledgeclass composition in expanding and minority nationality areas the partyand government cadres and the minority nationality areas the party andgovernment cadres group of social network capital existence difference;2.In terms of social network capital gain: human capital, part of the socialpopulation characteristics of ethnic minority areas cadres at thegrass-roots level social network capital have a significant impact, but willnot affect the system capital minority areas cadres at the grass-roots levelof social network capital gain;3. In the study of social network capitalmobilization, found that the status of the social network capital effect factors on level of ethnic minority areas cadres at the grass-roots level ofadministrative promotion have a significant impact, but the networkposition effect factor has no impact on its administrative level promotion.
