Study On The Education And Management Of University Student Party Members

In recent years, with the further reform and development of China’s higher education, the number of university student party members is increasing constantly. The education and management of university student party members is becoming more and more important and has been an important part of China’s higher education. At present, the background and social environment of university student party members has changed greatly. the university student party member’s ideology presents some new features, which bring about improvement and innovation in goal, content and form of educating and managing university student party members.Based on the systematic analysis of the education and management of university student party members, the thesis is a qualitative analysis and quantitative research into the current university student party members education and management work with the method of literature analysis and investigation. On the basis of absorbing the previous accomplishment, the thesis analyzes the background, significance, basis, and guiding ideology, objectives, contents and quality assessment on the education and management of university student party members.It also analyzes its present situation and causes. The purpose of the thesis is to build a long-term mechanism of the education and management of university student party members, and to provide useful reference for the development of party members of university students.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part elaborates on the background, significance, basis, research status, content, research methods and innovative points of the education and management of university student party members.The second part describes the connotation of university student party embers, education and management, the education and management of college students, the education and management of university student party members combined with "The constitution of the Communist Party of Chinese" and the spirit of the central documents. It also puts forward the basic problems on the education and management of university student party members’ guiding ideology, objectives, content, quality evaluation and so on.The third part expounds some problems existing in the education management of university student party members:lack of specific target; the contents being old, empty, and lack of continuity; lack of novelty in the form; lack of rationality in teachers; lack of normative in quality evaluation, by carrying out questionnaires and interviews in a certain university in Huai’an, Jiangsu.The fourth part analyzes the cause of the problems existing in the education and management of university student party members from four aspects:the social environment, the traditional management method and idea of school, the imperfect running mechanism, the two-level management system between college and departments is not smooth.The fifth part illustrates the optimization and improvement of the education and management of university student party members, which mainly includes:Establishing the scientific, reasonable and efficient concept of the education and management of the university student party members, strengthening the countermeasures of the education and management of university student party members, and building a comprehensive education and management mechanism for security system.
