Government Cultivation And Security Of Young Entrepreneurs Based On Growth Factors

With the preliminarily established socialist market economy system and the comprehensively deepened economic and social reform, a large number of outstanding young entrepreneurs are badly in need, but outstanding young entrepreneur is a kind of relatively scarce resource and the foster system is not perfect. At present, whether converting the economic growth mode and strengthening independent innovation ability or building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society and promoting social harmony, all need the enterprise to play the positive role and all have put forward the new higher request of young entrepreneurs. This paper through analysing the case of Yuyao young entrepreneurs’ growth and the questionnaire, objectively discusses the growth status of young entrepreneurs, and analyzes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats during the growth of contemporary young entrepreneurs by applying SWOT. It also conducts the multi-dimensional analysis of young entrepreneur growth factors and the related security measures of growth are put forward.It is found in the study that, the contemporary young entrepreneurs’ growth advantages with government are mainly:wide range of knowledge, strong desire to learn, strong innovation and good Independence,the Government resources are abundant,the government have strong organizational skills; growth disadvantages are mainly:still larger financing difficulty, not open-minded government administration and lack of the participation of the industry association; growth opportunities are mainly:deepening of the economic system reform, widespread application of new technology and increasing strong entrepreneurship atmosphere of young entrepreneurs. Growth threats are mainly:existing hidden dangers in social environment, imperfect social credit system and increasingly competitive market economy. It can be said that the growth characteristics of contemporary young entrepreneurs are significant, with both opportunities and challenges. The factors influencing the growth of young entrepreneurs can be mainly summarized as three aspects of personal trait, environmental and social capital. The personal traits are intrinsic factors of young entrepreneurs, including three aspects:(1) the quality traits of achievement orientation, self-confidence, moral character, dedication to work, adventure spirit, team spirit, strong desire to learn and mental health, etc.;(2) quality knowledge of macroscopic knowledge, professional knowledge and modernized knowledge, etc.(3) ability traits of innovation ability, adaptability to changes, management skill, high analytical ability, decision-making ability, expression ability, ability to resist setback and foresee ability, etc. To grow up, young entrepreneurs must adapt to the environments, which are influenced by governmental, social, financial and business environment. The impacts of social capital to young entrepreneurs growth are mainly in the aspects of network structure, network connection and cognitive, etc.The growth of the young entrepreneur needs their own unremitting efforts, and also needs the support and help from the party committee, government and the communist youth league and other departments and all walks of life. It is supposed to strengthen the financial support for young entrepreneurs.Especially,to improve the finacial support system, expand the financing channels for enterprises,improve the level of financial services。Improve the service efficiency and level of government and strengthen the role of the youth entrepreneur association and other industry association, strengthen youny entrepreneurs’ cultivation, connection and service.To create a fair and just market environment, create a cultivation and security system of young entrepreneurs.
