The problem of cadres’integrity is so crucial that it always attract the social attention. That is because cadres’integrity not only plays an obvious instructive and illustrative role for the masses’integrity, but also has a deep influence on the government’s credibility. However, in recent years, the situation of cadres’integrity is not optimistic, which is worthy of our careful consideration and discussion.This research divides into two parts:game analysis and experimental study combined with the practical work of cadres. First, the game analysis Explore causes and influential factors of cadres’integrity problem. On this basis, We do integrity tests that simulating the situation in which cadres should decide whether to be integrity or not, to find out the influence of political performance requirements, mechanism of rewards and punishments,lucky psychology and most other people’s behavior to cadres’integrity.Specifically, this article is based on rational assumptions of cadres limited basis and use the model of game theory "prisoners dilemma" for analysis. The game analysis includes the following several aspects:1.Analysis cadres’dishonest incentives under the induction of excessive political performance requirements;2. Analysis the influence to cadres’integrity from the mechanism of rewards and punishments including lucky psychology;3. Analysis the influence of most other people’s behavior to cadres’integrity.After the game analysis, this article puts forward the assumptions and conducts experimental study. Then, conclusions are as follows:1.Excessive political performance requirements always has a negative impact on cadres’integrity;2.The mechanism of rewards and punishments always has a significant positive impact on cadres’ integrity, especially spiritual punishment is more significant than material punishment, spiritual reward and material reward; 3.Lucky psychology always has a negative impact on cadres’integrity;4. Most other people’s behavior always has a significant impact on cadres’ integrity.Besides, through the experimental study, other supplementary conclusions as followers were summarized:1.Political performance requirements’influence for the cadres, whose integrity originally tendency is obvious, is not significant;2.Punishment mechanism eliminate the lucky psychology effect significantly, but reward mechanism is not. This may be because punishment mechanism acts directly on the cadres who is dishonest, but reward mechanism acts indirectly.Then, according to the above conclusions, this article put forward the suggestions combined with the actual to improve the integrity of cadres.These innovations of this research are three aspects as follows:1.The innovation of research object. Although the problem of cadres’integrity is very crucial, there are very few studies on cadres’integrity. This research pay attention on the special objects:the cadres.2.The perspective of innovation. Most research on the integrity are in ethics, psychology, etc. And a few research are in the perspective of game analysis. However, there is no game analysis about cadres’integrity, even civil servants’ integrity. So, the perspective of this research is innovative.3.The innovation of research method. This research not only used the game analysis, but also used the integrity test. The integrity test could Avoid social desirability effect effectively.
