China Lucky Film Group (Lucky Group) was established in the 1950s, it's atraditional and national corporation, and is the only survived company of sensitization industry in China.In the new century, Lucy is faced with many opportunities and challenges. On 29 Oct. 2003, Lucky signed a 20-year long contract with Kodak; and the coming of digital image era brings more challenge to Lucky. In the first half of 2004, the annals of Lucky Film Stock Limited Corporation (the core company of Lucky Film Group) show that the income of the stock is on a constant fall.The net profit of Lucky film in the year 2000 is 210 billon, and 139 billon in 2001, 124 billon in 2002, and in 2003 is less than 100 billion, so from the published data we can see that Lucky is in a transitional period, and how to survive and develop in a complex environment is a problem that worth research.In this condition, this paper use the model theory of strategy management, analysis the strategy that Lucky should use.The paper consists of eight chapters. In the first chapter, the background of Lucky is introduced. In the second chapter, the theories used in the paper are included . In the third chapter, macro environment and industry environment of Lucky are analyzed from two aspects. In chapter 4, the R&D, Marketing, finance condition, organization in Lucky Group are analyzed. The whole strategy of Lucky Corporation is presented in the fifth chapter. The main functional strategies are introduced in the sixth chapter. In the seventh chapter the document of Lucky Corporation is presented. And in the last chapter conclusion is drawn.
