Research On Payment Design About Contract Worker Of Institutional Organization In Chengdu City Meteorological Bureau

With the reform deepening and the actual needs of the development of the institution, as the Meteorological Research Institute Organization, the meteorological department began to recruit contract workers to make up for the lack of preparation. The contract worker gradually becomes indispensable auxiliary power unit development of Meteorological Research. Therefore, the research about contract worker has become a hot issue. To the question, studies should be continued, and this paper mainly studies the following aspects:First, analyses the existing salary system about contract worker in Chengdu City the Meteorological Bureau. Further, studies the existing problems and the reasons of the existing salary system.Second, Build the salary design system based on job description about Chengdu City the Meteorological Bureau. Through construction of the salary design system, favor the substantive practical measures about contract worker in Chengdu City the Meteorological Bureau.Third, through ensuring that the job evaluation justice, ensuring that the implementation of the salary design system process fairness, perfecting personnel system in three aspects, discusses the measures to guarantee the smooth implementation of the salary design system about contract worker in Chengdu City the Meteorological Bureau.Finally, summarizes the main contents of this paper. Further, analyses the hot issues of payment design in the future.
