Migrant workers are often employed in the field of low technology and high risk,low wages,long hours,poor working conditions,labor relations are unstable,by the long-term impact of labor market segmentation,which increase the job transaction costs,at the same time,these increase the transaction costs for their children to accept education that Trailing children accept marginalized education “difficult” in the park and they can't attend the entrance exam as other the locals,Due to the restriction of the binary household registration system and education system,these increased transaction costs have serious influence on the survival status of migrant workers in cities and reduces the quality of their life.In facts,gender differences lead to the transaction cost is also different: In the field of the job-hunting,gender segregation in industry and occupational lead to womens' low professional level,their job mostly focused on low income and no security;In the process of their children to accept education,enhancement of mother decision-making ability in the family can increase the education investment of their children.However,there are lack of institutional factors to study the influence of rural migrant workers transaction costs in cities,it is less that the existing research study transaction costs from the perspective of gender.This dissertation uses investigation data about the rural floating population development condition in 2014,first of all,using cross table describes the policy of cognition,social capital,transaction cost status differences in job applications and their children to school,under the background of different gender and then using of the negative binomial regression,logarithm linear regression,zero expansion policy negative binomial regression analysis that different cognitive and social capital have different influence on transaction costs.This study has important reference value on enriching the theory of transaction cost theory,gender equality,social capital theory in the application of migrant workers,reducing transaction costs in the process of rural migrant workers integrated into the urban society,and improving their quality of life,meanwhile,this has important practical significance such as promoting gender equality and safeguard the rights and interests of women,building the inclusive development Innovation points of the research can be summarized as follows:Firstly,it introduces the transaction cost theory to study of migrant workers problem areas,and put forward rural migrant workers' transaction cost analysis framework from the gender perspective the paper outlines migrant workers to apply for a job and their children to school influence mechanism of transaction costs from the formal system and informal system,On the basis of gender equality theory,combined with the social capital theory,and transaction cost theory,according to present situation analysis,we found that migrant workers' transaction cost are significant gender differences,in addition to gender factors,level of education,flow characteristics,working characteristics also have different degree influence to the transaction costs.dissertation to migrant workers transaction cost analysis framework,and put forward the transaction cost index of the quantifiable,partly make up for the limitations that ignoring of transaction costs in the study of problems rural migrant workers and have certain theory value in order to promote further research problems rural migrant workers.This research result to reduce transaction costs,and provide policy implications on improving migrant workers survival and development.Secondly,it reveals the influencing factors about rural migrant workers' job-hunting transaction cost and its gender differences.The results show that the policy effect has the gender differences,social capital should have played positive role when migrant workers apply for a job but not.The results pointed out that the direction of policy intervention for reducing the migrant workers employment transaction cost.Thirdly,it reveals influencing factors about the migrant children transaction cost of accepting education and its gender differences.In order to reduce the transaction cost of migrant workers,this dissertation points out the direction of policy intervention Social capital has no significant influence on their children to school.This conclusion has important significance to deepening the reform of the existing household registration system and promoting the optimized allocation of education resources.In a word,the paper based on the gender perspective analysis deeply the influence of migrant workers' transaction cost from policy cognitive and social capital and put forward relevant policy suggestions from the government,enterprises and workers.This research provides theoretical and practical foundation on the comprehensive understanding and reducing transaction costs,as well as promoting social inclusive development.
