Study On The Rights Of Ethnic Minorities In China From The Perspective Of Marx’s Theory Of Liberation

In the perspective of Marx’s liberation theory, the reason which lies in the human need for liberation is the "alienation" state of mankind, and the essence of liberation is to relieve relationship that mean bondage and slavery to mankind. Minorities are results of being distinguished by differences in cultures, languages, beliefs, and psychology of personality characteristics in the process of human development because of human’s inadequate development. Marx emphasized that we could not ignore all of the differences in talent and acquired in reality, we should recognize the inequality in human rights and give different people with different treatment, and only in this way will the liberation of humanity come true ultimately. But before that, we should complete political emancipation, economic emancipation and social emancipation, so that we can make good preparations for everyone to achieve universal rights and human people to achieve the complete liberation.Minority rights have universality and particularity in nature,but the disputes about Minority rights in multinational country focus on its particularity. The legitimacy of particularity part of minority rights comes from needs to abandon minorities’state of alienation, and to unity minorities’self-development with all ethnic groups’full development. Owning rights does not equal to possess realistic interests.The possibility of achieving minority rights base on protecting the rights with system, promoting the rights with ability, and strengthening the rights with development. Three stages of liberation experienced by ethnic minorities in our country illustrate the main way to achieve minority rights.That is we must continue to develop and achieve minorities’political rights, economic, rights, and social rights.With the realization of human emancipation and everyone’s free and full development, personality of minorities will be fully respected, national identity will fade in history, the particularity of minority rights will finally dispel, and everyone’s universal rights will get fully realized.
