Marx explain and speak highly of Human rights from the perspective of theliberation of humankind, so we can sum up the views as the Human rights named of theliberation of humankind. The liberation of humankind is the soul and goal ofMarx’human rights concept. Human rights is the important practical way to theliberation of humankind. The goal of Human rights is the comprehensive developmentof everyone. But this can’t come true with capitalism private ownership, so privateownership and alienation should be abolished.Only in this way, every can achieve thecomprehensive development and the the liberation in community. In this thetransversion, Human rights are gradually sublated. Are Human rights meaningless forthe Communism? Of course not. The Communism is a process and it can’t achieve inone day.The article has four parts. They answer the questions. What is the point of view ofMarx on Human rights? Why he has this theory not others? What is the core of Marx’shuman rights thought? What is the significance of the research on Marx’s human rightsthought now? These problems are composed of the following four chapters to beanswered.Chapter one:The basic content of Marx’s human rights thoughts. This paper made afundamental work in this chapter.First introduces the Development history about Marx’shuman rights, because anyone’s thoughts has a development and change, from theshallower to the deeper. Marx’s human rights thoughts are no exception.Especially onthe theory of characteristics in different periods as the basis to examine the humanrights thought, we will find that, each time the human rights thoughts, according todifferent time philosophy, practice and theory, have very distinctive features. Then this paper discusses what is the basic content of Marx’s human rights thoughts, what are theessential characteristics, and the western bourgeois human rights thought there aredifferent. Marx’s human rights thoughts are not an abstract concept but a composed ofmany specific category rich right system. This paper will explain the core concepts inMarx’s thought of human rights and what is the representative categoryinterpretation, the specific expected to deepen its human rights thought.First, humanrights is decided by the social historical conditions, cannot exceed the socialdevelopment. Marx pointed out that in his "critique of the Gotha Program" rights cannever exceed the economic structure of the society, and is restricted by the economicstructure of society and cultural development level.Second, in a class society of humanrights is a class of. The class nature of human rights specifically, refers to the protectionand Realization of human rights and political legal system has the class nature, not thehuman rights itself is a class of. Third, only the abolition of private property, alienation,to the realization of human rights for all, in order to achieve the liberation of allmankind.Alienation of capitalist relations of production in human decision of humanalienation,"human rights" to become bourgeois political expediency tools, such as"human rights" alienation of human rights,Chapter two: The philosophical foundation of human rights based on the humanliberation. This chapter discusses the philosophical thought of Marx has an importantinfluence on the theory of human rights. Generally speaking, the essence of Marx’shuman rights thought in human is the premise and foundation of human rights, humanalienation is the object of human rights to overcome, the liberation of the people is theaim of human rights, people’s practice is the fundamental way to the realization ofhuman rights.Although the human rights issue is very complicated, but no matter fromwhich angle,"human rights" are always "the rights of human" or "human’s rights".People can not get the correct conclusion left if talking about human rights without anykind of essential theory of. Therefore, the human rights assurance cannot do without theunderstanding of human nature. Marx’s human rights thoughts and western humanrights thought show different content because of the difference of knowledge bases and modes of thinking. Alienation is a sword in Marx’s critique of capitalist society, and theobject is also Marx human rights to overcome.Because of the alienation of all-rounddevelopment of people, human rights can not realize. Alienation makes people becomeimpersonal existence, so overcoming alienation is the Marx human emancipation ofhuman rights in the significance of the view of. For Marx, the liberation of human isfree from the alienation state, the realization of "return to humanity and human". Thepeople’s liberation, point to the comprehensive development of human freedom. FromMarx to human liberation of the discussion, we can see that, Marx theory the leadingvalue orientation is the liberation of mankind, he on the human rights idea is the valueorientation of human liberation under the. Marx said, the past philosophers areinterpreted the world in various ways, but the key of the problem is to change the world. This declaration of Marx is also applicable to the critique of bourgeois human rights, bourgeois human rights is not to say how wonderful, the key lies in the. Marx aims atthe realization of human rights for all and not on the surface of the real, this is thebourgeois hypocrisy disenchantment of human rights.Chapter three: The unity of freedom and human rights. In the existing capitalistconditions, comprehensive development of human rights as a target man is impossible, only after the elimination of private ownership of the united body of the free people ofall-round development, to human liberation and people finally realized, and in thisprocess, human rights has gradually been abandoned, so is it right? Said human rights tothe realization of communism is meaningless? Of course not, communism is a process, not a short duration of time will be able to complete the. Human rights itself is valuable, the key to see who has the power of it.Marx’s human rights thought is the core of thepractical implementation of the all-round development of human liberation, human, ispractical, but not abstract or form. Human form is a political right, but it is rooted in theeconomy, therefore, the human rights practice should simultaneously from economic, political, and economic is more fundamental. The elimination of exploitation the root inthe economy is capitalist private ownership, to eliminate alienation, realizeproduction information society has, in stage on the political implementation of the dictatorship of the proletariat, paving the way for the economic emancipation, through real human rights practice, realize people’s development in an all-round way, toachieve the liberation of man. Capitalism is communism substitution, the privateownership of the bourgeoisie was full of social production common system replace, countries are the united body of the free people replace, one sided development ofhuman beings is the all-round development of man to replace, in this series of turn theworld upside down process, human rights has gradually been realized, graduallydiscarded. On the way to the liberation of human beings on the road is not everything isgoing smoothly. The vested interest, class will not power submissively, therefore, socialchange is often accompanied by bloodshed, the proletariat wants from bourgeoiswrested power, also need to fight. Revolution is the most intense expression of classstruggle, but also the realization of human rights by means of human rights, at the sametime, also can become the peacetime weapons with the bourgeoisie. In the cheers andmisgivings about Marx’s theory in twenty-first Century,Marx’s thought faced withhitherto unknown opportunities and challenges, in the national communication in-depthbackground, correctly understand and process has a very important significance of theseopportunities and challenges,Marx’s human rights thought, did not have to explain andsolve the outdated but also the relationship between universality and particularity, human rights and sovereignty of modern human rights significance.Chapter four: The practical significance of human rights concept based on humanliberation. Since the founding of new China, especially since the reform and opening-up,the China human rights development ushered in a new situation, the human rightscareer achieved remarkable development, but inevitably there are some contradictionsand problems. In this complex situation, learning, research and the dissemination ofMarx’s human rights thought, for it is of great theoretical and practical significance topromote the cause of human rights in contemporary china. In internationalrelations,Chinese human rights construction is always the prime targets, the westerncountries by using human rights issues, from the political system, religious and ethnicaspects attack China behind, there are at least three factors at play. The first is, "paradigm differences",refers to the patterns of human rights and the guarantee ofhuman rights, second,"Western centrism","Western centrism" is a "common" Westerners, effective prescription is Chinese own powerful, so that the West doesn’t have a sense ofsuperiority, think they are representatives of the world. We have to do is to prove thatyou can only represent you, can not represent China, everywhere pursued so-calleduniversality is not feasible. The third is the cold war thinking. After the end of the coldwar, the West for its own political system to produce superior sense, that only thewestern political system is the only reasonable and universal value. This system of prideand Prejudice is projected to the development of China’s human rights attitude, theformation of strong political bias.Marx’s human rights thought is helpful for us to useMarx’s standpoint and method, the rational analysis of western countries on humanrights issues in China’s attack, further to see the hypocrisy of the western liberalismideology of human rights; help us from history and reality, and further combine withChina’s specific national view of Marx doctrine of human rights, promote the cause ofhuman rights progress of China’s development path with Chinese characteristics.
