The Research Of Theoretical Study, Experience And Enlightenment Of Communist Party In The Socialist Countries

Theory plays a directive role in the revolution and construction of proletarianparty. As the governing party of a socialist state, the Communist Party needs tostrengthen its theoretical construction, building the image of learning party ensuringthe direction of Socialism revolution and construction under the circumstance of theglobalization and imformatization trend nowadays, and the capitalism countries’strengthen and the socialist countries’ weaken in the world pattern. So, the theoreticalstudy is vital for the Communist Party. Marx and Engels made some importantcomments on the theoretical study of Marxist theory. Lenin elaborated the instillationtheory systematically on the basis of Marx and Engels. While, Mao Zedong andDeng Xiaoping elaborated the party’s theoretical study combining the practice ofChinese revolution.There are so many different features and progression in the theoretical study ofeach Socialist country. During the Lenin’s period, the Communist Party of the SovietUnion’s theoretical study made a profound foundation. During the Stalin’s period,theoretical study led to an ossification to the theory. In the late Stalin’s period,theoretical study led to the collapse. The theoretical study of Vietnamese CommunistParty achieved a lot. It combined Marxist theory to the national conditions,implemented the reform and open up policy; elaborated Ho Chi Minh thoughtsystematically, laid a solid foundation of the guiding thought of Communist Party;deepened the awareness of the stage of Socialist development theory by practice; putup the theory of Socialist market oriented economy according to its nationalconditions; redefined the character of Communist Party, consolidated the classfoundation of Communist Party; and strengthened the theoretical study on specificmeasures. The theoretical study of Cuba Communist Party achieved a lot, too. Itinsisted in the basic principles of Marxism and implemented the reform and open uppolicy stably; revised the Party constitution according to its actual situation toimprove the guiding thought; strengthened theoretical study by party school systemand mass organizations. The theoretical study of Lao People’s Revolutionary Party(LPRP)achieved much. Before the Fourth Congress of Lao People’s RevolutionaryParty, LPRP lacked theory and experience, pursued the Socialist transition blindly;After the congress, by proposing reform and open up policy decidedly, LPRP realizedthe strategic turning point. In1990s, the Fifth and Sixth Congress of LPRP insisted to follow socialist road, and presented a new look of revolution. In21th century, the lastthree Congress of LPRP followed the times developing, insisted carrying on reformand open up policy. The theoretical study key point of Korean Workers Party isJuche Idea, Subject Socialism theory, and the Songun Idea formed in specialbackground. After the drastic changes in Eastern Europe, Korean Workers Party testedthe theory by practice, but it worked limitedly.Summing up the theoretical study experience of Vietnamese CommunistParty,Cuba Communist Party, Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and Korean WorkersParty, we can make a conclusion that adhering to the principles of Marxism theorypromotes Party’s theoretical study, get rid of dogmatism and exerted Marxismdoctrine creatively and effectively; deepen the theoretical study in reform open uppractice, and test the theory in practice; learn experience of reform and constructionfrom other socialist countries. The theoretical study of Communist Party of the SovietUnion also can be summarized as: theoretical study dogmatization; theoretical studycentralization; and theoretical study closed.The Communist Party of Vietnam, Cuba, Lao People’s Revolutionary Party andLabor Party of Korea enlightens the Communist Party of China that the party mustrealize the importance to theoretical study; insist the creation of theory, guide thepractice by the developing theory; insist the ideological line of CPC, sublimate thetheory by the revolution practice; keep a rational and opening attitude to theoreticalstudy.The theoretical study lessons of Communist Party of the Soviet Union alsoenlightens the Communist Party of China that theoretical study has to insist theguidance of Marxism; insist the creation of theory and keep up with the times;conduct exchanges and cooperation with western countries under the principles; andcombine the leading position of mainstream ideology in the process of learning theorywith a certain degree of ideological diversity.
