Doping was a very seriously challenge in international sports, not only because it’s acritical violation of Olympic Fairplay spirit, but also destroyed the normal order of thedevelopment of sport, most importantly, it caused some very bad efforts to theathletes’health. So, in the past couple of years, lots of sports organizations and TheOlympic Committee were kerp fighting against the doping problem.However, As thesecond populous nation all over the world, the development of sports in Indiawas notsatisfactory, which are greatly related to doping abuse and lack of effective solutions. Insuch circumstances, NADA was founded in2008, and released anti-doping rules of Indiaon March9,2008based on The Anti-doping rules of World Anti-doping agency, whichpublished in2009. This rule is the guideline for NADA, also the most important referenceof this article. The foundation of NADA has promoted the development of Indian sports,especially in the field of Anti-doping. In order to improve anti-doping law system in ourcountry, a better understanding of Indian NADA law system can be significantlybeneficial.The article firstly clarifies the concept,history and currentstatus,reasons anddetrimentofdoping,and thenexplores India’s anti-doping mechanism on the basis ofinterpreting anti-doping regulations and combining with the latest doping case in India,then make a evaluation to the merits of the anti-doping mechanism in India. In the last ofthe paper, puts forward some suggestions and ideas of perfecting our country’santi-doping mechanismon the basis of analyzing the existing Chinese anti-dopingmechanism and use theadvantage of India anti-doping mechanismfor reference.The purpose of this article lies on to perfect the anti-doping system of China byanalyzing Indian anti-doping system, finally, provides safeguard for the development ofsports enterprise in our country.
