Transitional Community Management Practice Exploration Under The Background Of The New Urbanization

Since the 1990 s, with the accelerating of industrialization and urbanization, a large number of suburban rural lands have been commandeered. In order to find a place for land-lost farmers to reside,the resettlement communities have emerged. As soon as,the culture, life style and value concepts form the modern cities have spread to the resettlement communities. Therefore,the transitional communities are neither belong to the city nor to the transition of rural communities,which in the combination between urban and rural areas. Transitional communities generate for the purpose to solve the problems of land-lost farmer’s resettlement. But due to the push and pull effects after the formation,more and more floating population penetrate into the transitional communities gradually. So these make the transitional communities’ governance and management to be meaningful.In this paper, with the macroscopic background of the new-type urbanization construction in China, the research analyzes the transitional communities generate dynamic mechanism under the influence of the new-type urbanization. Then the research object of this article will be brought forward. Firstly, the reasons of jersey home community generated form and its characteristics will be simply introduced. And then emphatically illustrates multi- subjects in this typical transitional community, such as the construction of diversified and interactive mechanism, the content of community public administration and public service mechanism, characteristics of community management and innovation mechanism.This article through to the transitional community management practices, expounds that the management about transitional community may lead to the multi-subjects embarrassed of the collaboration,also some blind spots and imperfect governance mode of public service such as the formation of some problems and difficulties. Finally, this article through in-depth analysis of the research objects, concludes some path selection and the revelations of the transitional community governance.Transitional communities’ managements need the changes of the theory as the foundation,also it needs to know clearly the essence of community management, community public affairs,community management mode choices. Finally to realize the multi-subjects collaborative,public affairs services improving and implement governance mechanism innovation in the transitional communities. Hopeful that this article through a typical case research in Suzhou industrial park,will summarize the universality experience to provide some references for making the policies.
