| With the development of network information technology, network has penetrated into all aspects of social life, influencing and changing the exchange and communication between people, and even changing people’s way of thinking and living habits, has become an indispensable force in constructing harmonious relationship between police and people. In this social network of the trend, building community relations are also facing new opportunities and challenges. In such a network of opportunities and challenges of social environment, how the public security bureau take full advantage of the development of network technology, strengthen the supervision and management of the network, to broaden the channels of communication between the police and the people, grasp and deal with the community people, maintain the good image of the public security bureau, and promote the harmonious development of the relationship between the police and the public security organs has become an important issue which urgently needs to be addressed.This article is based on the actual construction of public relations between police and people, through the analysis to community relations on the current situation an the existing problems, using a series of theories and research methods, to conduct a comprehensive analysis in the network era of relations between the main body of police public security bureau, the object of the public and the media object elements of the network, present the network development elaborated on the role of public relations, so as to explore relationship between the police and the emerging era of network disorder. On this basis, learning from the typical experience and practice of the advanced countries and regions, from the media elements, subject, object three aspects we propose to use the network development to improve relations between the police and the people, and to construct the harmonious relationship between the police and the people. |
