Study On The Autonomy Of Chamber

China has witnessed great leaps and bounds in the filed of economy, and simultaneously, allvarieties of chambers shoot like mushrooms after rain. These chambers are playing an influentialrole in strengthening connections among enterprises, regulating self-regulation of industries,sharing resource and information, contributing to trade development and etc. As is known to all,Chamber is a non-government and non-profit organization which is endowed with some power aswell as some responsibility. However, part of its functions is changing with the era for the purposeof better serving the society. Therefore, surrounded with sophisticated business environment, withmore and more business chambers set up, it is quite urgent to figure out how to rule the positionand function of chamber, especially the autonomy.This thesis firstly describes the nature, status and history of chamber, and then explains thepower of chamber, analyzes the autonomy from aspect of content, power, meaning and etc. It alsocombines with some examples and compares with western countries, and finally comes to theconclusion that what the advantages and disadvantages of chamber are and put forward somehelpful suggestions like chamber legislation of China for the next step of chamber development.
