With the changes in the world economicdevelopment and population structure, population aging has become a common trend,most of the world has entered the aging society, the reform of the retirement systemhas become an important topic of increasing concern to the countries of the world.Although the governments of the retirement system implemented with varyingdegrees of reform measures, but the situation is still grim reform, the developmenttrend of reform will become one of the major challenges the world in the future mustbe carefully handled.Our retirement system design of the system is still in use in the1950s, after halfa century after practice, the system exposes many of the modern economic and socialdevelopment of incompatible local, rigidity and hysteresis serious obstacle to theirsystem sustainable development of the social security system. Thus, the reform ofthe retirement system has become an important aspect of long-term socio-economicdevelopment strategy, attracted widespread attention of government departments andacademia. Therefore, based on our pension and aging population status and futuretrends, reform and improve the existing retirement system, suppressing non-formalretirement phenomenon, gradually increase the statutory retirement age, according tothe people-oriented principle and the full implementation of the Third Plenary Sessionof the proposed eighteen "gradual extension of the retirement age," the guiding ideology, which for the reform and development to explore the retirement systemwith Chinese characteristics, with considerable theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, theoretical research and practice at home and abroad through acombination of mathematical models of future pension fund is calculated on theintegrated use of sociology, demography, economics, interdisciplinary analysismethods, from a relatively new perspective on the extension of the retirement agenecessity and Feasibility of a comprehensive exposition, and the feasibility ofdeveloping programs and policies proposed to extend the retirement age.
