The consumers’ interests are difficult to guarantee.This paper embarks from the online food trade supervision, by analyzingthe actualities and the problems of the online food trade, discussing ondrawing up the online food trade law, improving the market access threshold,figuring out the administrative jurisdiction, leading in the food security of theliability insurance system, and puts forward the corresponding proposal andcountermeasures.
