The Research On Protection Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises By Anti Monopoly Law In China

Small and medium-sized enterprises have occupied important positions in economicprogress all over the world. They not only increase employment enormously and promotetechnical innovations actively, but also enhance economic growth smoothly and defend nationaleconomic security. Economic development will lead to the monopoly inevitably. Compared withmonopoly organizations, small and medium-sized enterprises have no advantages from everyaspect. Automatically, they have no ability to compete. The huge gap of their strength willdestroy the free competition severely. Then it will result a great lose to small and medium-sizedenterprises. Thus it will affect the normal development of economy. Abnormal development ofeconomy will make the whole country and even the world economy collapsed. Theanti-monopoly law, as the constitution of market economy, can maintain the market economicorder in a large part, remove some factors or actions which are against the economicdevelopment, protect the market status of small and medium-sized enterprises, create an equalcompetition environment of economic development, then lay a strong foundation for smooth andrapid development of the national economy. Therefore, it is quite necessary for antimonopolylaw to protect small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper mainly adopt economic analysis method, historical analysis method,comparative analysis method, empirical analysis method, dialectical analysis method and otherresearch methods to analyze the protection of small and medium-sized enterprises in theanti-monopoly view. There are four part of this paper. The first part is to analyze that theordinary theory of protecting small and medium-sized enterprises by anti-monopoly law,including the definition and current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, therelationship between anti-monopoly law and small and medium-sized enterprises, and thetheoretical analysis of protecting theoretical analysis by anti-monopoly law. The second part is toanalyze the standards of protecting theoretical analysis by anti-monopoly law in our country,including the general protection and specific protection. The specific protection is the particularsystem in China, and it is the key point of protecting small and medium-sized enterprises byanti-monopoly law. The third part is to investigate the protection system of small andmedium-sized enterprises by anti-monopoly law in other countries. It analyzes specific conditions in America, European Union and Japan. And I will conclude some inspirations inanti-monopoly law protection. In the last part of the paper, there will be some improvementsuggestions of protecting small and medium-sized enterprises by anti-monopoly law.
