Study On Government Innovation Public Service Platform Personalized Recommendation

As the innovation ability has become the core competence of a country, it is veryurgent and necessary to build a government innovation public service platform which canefficiently integrate various innovation resources and provide the quality innovationservice for all kinds of innovation enterprises.Led and driven by the government, variousinnovation of public service platforms has emerged. But the utilization rate of theinnovation public service platforms is very low, and the ability of innovation publicservice platforms to provide personalized service is insufficient, so the innovation publicservice platforms are nominal, and we put forward the construction of innovationpublic service platform with personalized recommendation for enterprises.This paper mainly studies government innovation public service platform withpersonalized recommendation.We applies evolutionary game theory and data miningtechnology to establish evolutionary game models between innovative enterprises andgovernment innovation public service platform and personalized model of enterpriseinformation,and then we design algorithm for mining association rules, and finally weprovide the construction train of thought of the government innovation public serviceplatform with personalized recommendation, method and implementation tool through theanalysis and simulation. The concrete research contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper analyses the present situation of research on innovation publicservice platforms, and gives the overall framework of the innovation public serviceplatforms, and then points out the existing problems of the innovation public serviceplatform.Then the paper expounds the feasibility and necessity of innovation governmentpublic service platform constructed by using evolutionary game theory.Secondly, thispaper establishes personalization model of enterprise information,and conducts clusteranalysis to the enterprise.In order to providing personalized recommendation service forenterprises, and improving the experience of using government innovation public serviceplatform,we make use of variable weight association rule mining algorithm based onmultiple minimum supports to mine real-time resource information.Finally,this paper describes the environment to build recommendation system of innovation governmentpublic service platform from a technical point of view, and illustrates how to use theassociation rule mining algorithm proposed in this paper to realize the governmentinnovation public service platform personalized recommendation function with a smallamount of simulation data as an example.In the end,development trend and challenges ofgovernment innovation public service platform have been forecasted and prospected.
